Shipping Information:
Thank you for visiting Papa's Wooden Toy Shop. Processing times generally take between 1-3 days from the time we receive your order and payment to the time we fulfill your order to be shipped out.
We ship all orders via UPS. You will receive a email update with your tracking number once your order has been prepared and packaged. Once you have received your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for the tracking portal to update.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through Papa's Wooden Toy Shop once items have departed our warehouse for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Item Policy:
We ship all our orders using UPS. This method of shipping generally comes with a $100 insurance policy. We can file a claim on your behalf as the shipper, but you must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 72 hours of the delivery date/receipt of your order to qualify for a resolution of the issue.
To file a claim on your behalf, we require a photo of the incoming package/packaging and the defective/damaged product. This information will be used to file a claim through UPS.

In some cases, we may require the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not returned to our business, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement item. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 72 hours after the delivery date.
